Payments are processed by PCI DSS certified providers, and we do not store full card numbers. We keep order and billing records for as long as accounting law requires, customer service messages for up to three years after the matter is closed, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We respond to requests within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
